My sister Sande came from a loving family of 7 siblings. She has MANY nieces and nephews that loved her and great nieces and great nephews. Her family was large and loving. We fought but always had one another’s back. She had 3 children and then we lost our BELOVED ELIZABETH (Beth). Sande gave up everything to raise Beth’s 4 children. She is survived by her 2 sons and 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Her brother Syd and I are her surviving siblings, she has 5 surviving in-laws, Lois, Susan, Seymour, Phil and Rich. While we cannot have the gathering that she So RICHLY DESERVES, we will mourn privately with a small group and send her off to be with her beloved Beth, her 5 siblings that preceded her in death and her Best Friend Barbara who will most definitely take her to an Elvis concert. I was woken this morning by a Cardinal chirping outside my bedroom window – I know Sande was telling me she is at Peace. No more loneliness No more pain. She deserved so much more! Love you Sande Mae, you will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I think of when you moved back from South Carolina and we met for the first time. What fun we had. That was a lot of years ago.
Love you, Auntie Mar.
